I am single again.
An update to come in the near future. For now just a lot of hurt and not confusion on how things got to where they are.
For now a song by Roby and snoop.
"don't fuck with me"

Sorry for the absence
Have been doing a lot lately. Will try and catch up soon.
Some reading in the meantime:
Neat article I found over @ Some Guys Are Normal
Oh and I was on Oprah a few Fridays ago. Granted I was in a crowd of 400+ and in the back right corner but hey...I was there. This will also explain the previous five or six posts :)

Everyone is Gay!
First off I'm "gay" for sitting at my computer on a Saturday night, writing a blog.
*shift in blog topic happening. oh NOHz?*
Before I get to the topic of this post, a little about me. As brought to light after talking with a friend. As much of a friend he can be seeing that our only communication has been through text. I digress.
The root of why I'm sitting here, alone typing away is simply that I'm afraid of rejection.
:Scrunching my nose in a "Really?" kind of way as I type this:
Since my childhood days this has been the case. Never wanting to go knock on Sarah or A&J's doors because, well "what if they couldn't play?" I would have to hear a "No, sorry E." and make the lonesome walk back to my house. These days this fear is manifested not through front doors but cell phones, email and Facebook. I'm the guy who sits by the phone waiting for friends to call, and then wonders what they're doing without me when then never end up calling. A short while ago I thought about calling Adam but then thought "Nah, he's busy. Even if I called he wouldn't want to talk." Knowing full well that wouldn't be the case.
So that's a bit more about me.
Back to why everyone is super extreme GaY!....or just the regular kind.
A friend of mine, the J part in..... Ya know what? His name is Jared, there.
A max of 5 people are reading this and only 3 could possibly know him so w/e.
Jared has been dating the same girl since middle school with all the "awe" and "they're so cute" that any relationship could muster. He is at Universtiy in North Carolina pursuing a Theatre degree. We've been friends since about the fourth grade, though we haven't hung much since he graduated I still consider him a close friend.
Most have joked that she was Jared's "one chance" [at being straight] so when I saw that he had changed his Facebook status to -single- I kinda freaked, in a good way...-ish.
After chatting with a friend, mentioned as the girl I casually "dated" I got the scoop.
Jared is playing the "I'm just not as committed as you are" card. They ended things about a month ago and everything is still honky dory between him and his girl. They still hang out and are "besties" even if that seems a little weird.
So to sum things up my friend Jared=Gay. Woot? Yes woot woot.
While working yesterday, at the sandwich shop which is in a mall food court btw, I saw two guys holding hands. Obviously a couple. That in of itself might be worth noting to most people, but it is a rarity to see here in the south. Obvious couples, sure, but hand holding? Not usually. I noticed one of the guys as a freshman theatre student from my [now former] University. I was not surprised that he's gay but I guess it was just neat to see he and his boyfriend doing their thing. Even if it was eating at a food court. Also the guy he is dating looked much like the mormon guy Chet from this season of the Real World: Brooklyn.
